What's it all about?

Creative Steps is a nine week course that offers guidance on the journey to creativity. It is for people who want to learn how to more consistently and effectively connect with their creative side; it is for people who want to realize a creative dream and, in the process, become more fully self-expressed.

It was inspired by a series of coaching sessions that culminated in a creative dream being realized—Julia's Journey.

This course isn't about the quality of the output; it is the process of doing it, the design, the unblocking, the finishing, the reaction and the benefits that go with these things.

This course isn't about teaching creativity and self-expression—there is no need, we are all creative and we already have the capacity for full self-expression.

The course does however validate the desire you perhaps already feel to be more creative. In the programme you will be given the opportunity to flex your creative muscles and, in the process, fully express yourself.

This course gives plenty of evidence of the benefits of being creative and also provides the methodology of how to finally become unstuck and turn that dream into reality.
