Go at your own pace and explore things one step at a time. Try the exercises that attract you most and also the ones that you are most resistant to! Resistance is often a sign of a creative block - this is a risk free course, no-one will see what you're doing and no-one will be judging you. Try things you wouldn't normally try.
Know this: Creative Steps is an invitation to take on new behaviours and attitudes and see what comes up. After the programme has finished you can always return to your old, comfortable ways, but you won't know if this process works unless you fully engage.
Do as much as you feel is appropriate and when you have completed the feedback form at the end of a module the next module will be made available to you.
